Prime location, overlooking the iconic square. Massive room with spacious private bath. Easy check-in and excellent communication from the property. Quaint and old guest house with delicious breakfast delivered to the room. Superb staff providing helpful dining recommendations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the main attractions in this city. We were able to easily walk to the Accademia and other areas of Tuscany. The breakfast provided was delicious and we loved being able to choose what we wanted to eat. The staff was helpful and always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is just around the corner from the Duomo. This is perfect for those who want to get up early and beat the crowds to get into the cathedral. The hotel is also near everything in Florence, making it convenient to explore the city. it is right next to the Santa Maria dei Fiori church, providing a beautiful view.
The noise from the surrounding area and the room next door could be a bit disruptive at times.

As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the spacious and comfortable room at this charming guest house. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring all the important sights in the center of Florence. Having breakfast delivered to the room each morning was a nice touch, and the proximity to good restaurants was convenient. I enjoyed my stay here as a disabled traveler.
I felt right at home during my stay at this guest house and had no reason to complain.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the historic district, just steps away from the iconic Duomo square. The convenience of being able to easily walk to all the major sights and attractions cannot be overstated. Furthermore, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a large private bathroom and even a balcony that overlooks the stunning Duomo. The staff provides excellent service and attention to detail, and the breakfast served in the room is a great way to start the day.
All was fine and there was nothing that could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at La Residenza Del Proconsolo. Adriana was very informative and helpful, organizing tours and giving great recommendations. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The location right next to the Duomo was perfect and there was no disturbance at night. The staff was friendly and accommodating, we could store our bags after check-out. Checking in online was convenient too.
Nothing to complain about at all.
